Customizing Personal Garments
(1) If you bring in your own garments, it is not part of the service to check garments for defects. If we see a hole or discoloration, the garment will not be embroidered — however, we are not responsible for inspecting all over the garment. Catching defects and miscounts is the responsibility of the customer.
(2) Some materials may be brittle & may get small holes during the embroidery process. We are not responsible for such damage as we cannot know until the process is started how your fabric will react.
(3) If your garment is damaged during the embroidery process, we have a damage allowance of 3%. We do not replace or pay for your garments. You bring in your own garments at your own risk.
