Embroidery is a method used for decorating fabric with a needle and a thread. Here at Kenjo Inc of Honolulu, HI, we have been masterfully embroidering fabrics for over 3 decades and can do the same for your next custom order.

Ordering Process and Set Up Fees

Initial orders are subject to a one-time setup fee for the computer program that guides the embroidery machines. This process of converting your logo/artwork into stitches is called “digitizing”.


The digitized programs run from $65 to $250 depending on the size and complexity of the design. Once the program is created, we keep it on file for your re-orders. You may also request a copy of it. If emailing, please provide art as a jpg, tiff, pdf, or eps files.

Embroidery Pricing

We need to see your logo and know the number of garments you will be embroidering to quote you. You can e-mail your design/logo to us (in jpg or pdf format) and we will provide you with a quote via e-mail within two business days. There is a maximum of 7 colors allowed in a design.


If you wish to purchase garments or other items through us, please check out our apparel catalog for garments such as polo shirts, jackets, caps, shorts, bags, and blankets.


If you bring your own digitized logo, there will be $12 - $25 charge to run the logo, depending on the size of the logo.


We are not responsible for poor quality embroidery resulting from your personal digitizing.


If the logo is not acceptable, you will be asked to have your digitizer redo the logo.

Stock Lettering Options

If you only want to put your name or company name on a garment and don’t want to go through the expense of digitizing a custom logo, we offer three font styles from which to choose. For company/team names, there would be a $25 setup fee plus the embroidery price per garment.


For individual names, there is no setup fee and the charges are, regardless of quantities of garments, $8 for first names, $12 for first and last names.

Delivery and Shipping

If you are unable to pick up your order, we can ship it via FedEx. We use FedEx for all shipments. We can provide an estimate of shipping costs once we know the number of garments you will be ordering.


Pickup and returns

We will email or call you when your order is finished. If we have not contacted you, to save yourself a trip, please always check with us first before coming down.


Please return any defective or incorrect goods within 2 weeks after pick up.
